Shipping Policy
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us with your questions.
Employees ordering from their corporate catalog will receive embroidered products monthly to enable branch based distribution as required by your employer. Generally, orders placed by the 15th will deliver by the end of the month.
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. You can check the status of your refund in Your Account on the order's summary page.
If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.
