Who We Are
NaviSource Inc. is a privately held technology company and the developer of SpendWell.AI, an operational infrastructure platform for spend, procurement and vendor management.
NaviSource began as NaviSource Solutions Group, supporting organizations across technology sourcing, procurement, infrastructure and vendor ecosystems. That operating experience evolved into software built to connect the decisions and workflows that occur before financial transactions are recorded.
Today, NaviSource supports commercial enterprises, financial institutions, insurers, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, multi-location businesses and public-sector organizations that need stronger control, visibility and accountability across operational spend.
Our Background
Our roots are in the operating work behind enterprise technology and procurement: coordinating vendors, evaluating alternatives, obtaining approvals, placing orders, tracking assets and renewals, reconciling invoices, and maintaining the documentation required for management and audit review.
Over time, NaviSource moved from a services-led model to a software-led model, turning those processes into reusable workflows that can sit above or alongside existing ERP, accounting, AP, card and vendor systems.
What We Do
SpendWell.AI connects the operational lifecycle from request through financial handoff: requisitions and approvals, sourcing and quotes, contracts and vendors, catalogs and purchasing, receiving, invoice and AP workflow, payment exports, projects, returns and credits, assets and warranties, corporate card expense, renewals, budgets, analytics and reporting.
The platform is vendor-neutral. Organizations can keep their existing suppliers, ERP, accounting system, accounts-payable process, corporate cards and technology partners while using SpendWell.AI to add workflow, controls, documentation and cross-functional visibility.
SpendWell.AI is designed to complement—not replace—the financial system of record. Finance records the outcome; the operational activity that creates that outcome occurs earlier. SpendWell.AI captures and governs that upstream activity so leadership can see how commitments were created before they appear in the GL.

SpendWell.AI is the operational platform developed and operated by NaviSource Inc. It serves commercial, regulated and public-sector organizations; it is not limited to government use.
Public-sector procurement and contracting channels are one part of the market served by SpendWell.AI. The same core platform also supports financial institutions, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance and other multi-location or policy-driven organizations.
